Terms of Use

Return Policy

  1. We replace products if they contain a manufacturing defect or are damaged during the service process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at resure.in@gmail.com
  2. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange of a product
  3. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • No returns or warranty will be provided for electrical parts and fragile parts.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery/service.

Replacement

Definition: Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Item(s) missing, wrong item shipped and the like.

Buyer need to raise the replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of products. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting us on the Customer Care Number on the Website. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:
1. Buyer is asked for “Reason for Return”. Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
Service was not good.
Item was defective
Item Dead on Arrival
Item(s) were missing
Wrong items.
2. An intimation shall be provided either “approval” or “rejection” of the replacement request.
3. In case the Seller accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Seller and only after return of the product, Seller shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer.
4. Incase Seller rejects the replacement request, Buyer can choose to raise a dispute by writing to resure.in@gmail.com.
In case the Seller doesn’t have the product at all, Seller can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
If the Seller doesn’t respond to the Buyer’s replacement request, within three (3) days from the date of replacement request placed by the Buyer, refund shall be processed in favour of Buyer and Seller shall be liable to refund amount paid to the Seller, in this case All shipping and other replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Seller.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
  3. COD Refund will be done only to the bank account of the customer to whom the invoice was raised. The documents proving the ownership of account has to be provided by customer for processing of refund.
  4. If a customer cancels the order before the dispatch of material, then the payment gateway charges (If any) will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
  5. Usually, it takes not more than 5 working days for the bank to reflect the refund. If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, please, contact your bank first. Moreover, If you need details of refund to be presented to the bank, please contact us at resure.in@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy

Resure follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

  • All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department by email mentioned on website.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.
  • Resure will not be held responsible for any third party services.
